21158BRRequisition Number:21158BRDescription:Stantec is looking to hire a Planner for a Sewage Treatment Plant in Dubai.This role is for a project where the authority in Dubai is requiring the rehabilitation of an existing Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to enable it to perform at its highest possible efficiency and to extend the plant to be able to receive and treat efficiently up toaround 435,000 m3 /day. The selected candidate shall have extensive experience working in local sewage treatment plant facilities along with a proven ability to manage and supervise the construction works and optimization of the operation process within the existing STP in accordance with the specification.Rehabilitation / Repairing of Civil Works,Extension of the Plant to around 175,000 m3/Day andRehabilitation of existing 260,000m3/Day STPTitle:PlannerQualifications:The planner assists the resident engineer in reviewing the contractor?s programme

  • Review resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required.
  • Monitoring the project schedule at all stages
  • Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress
-Develop and implement planned versus actual progress charts (histograms/ S curves). reports and analysis deviations from plan.-Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products, engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all discipline.-Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.#LI-MiddleEastEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Type: RegularJob Category: Engineering OtherAbout Stantec:We?re active members of the communities we serve.
