We are seeking a detail-oriented Piping Design Engineer to develop piping systems for industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating piping layouts, ensuring adherence to design standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient, safe, and reliable piping solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and review piping layouts, isometrics, and detailed drawings using CAD software.Prepare piping isometric drawings, material specifications, and piping supports.Ensure piping designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.Conduct stress analysis and pipe support design to ensure integrity under operating conditions.Collaborate with process engineers, mechanical engineers, and construction teams to optimize piping systems.Perform pipe routing, clearance analysis, and clash detection.Review vendor drawings and specifications for piping components.Participate in site inspections and support installation, testing, and commissioning activities.Maintain documentation of piping designs, revisions, and related records.Keep up-to-date with industry standards and incorporate best practices into designs.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Piping Engineering or related field.Proven experience in piping design for industrial projects such as oil & gas, chemical, or power plants.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, PDMS, MicroStation, or equivalent).Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards (ASME, API, ANSI).Experience with stress analysis software ( Caesar II, CAESAR II) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.
