We’re looking for a creative visual storyteller to capture the energy of our cafés, the art of our coffee, and the people behind the brand.Role Overview:You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality photo and video content that showcases our coffee, roasting process, baristas, cafés, and community across digital platforms.Responsibilities:Capture compelling photography and videography (coffee, drinks, food, lifestyle, events, behind-the-scenes, roasting)Edit photos and videos for social media, website, and marketing campaignsCreate engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok)Work closely with the marketing team on content ideas and campaignsMaintain a consistent visual style aligned with The Espresso Lab brandManage and organize content and media filesStay on top of content, coffee, and social media trendsRequirements:Proven experience in photography, videography, and editingStrong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar toolsExperience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platformsStrong sense of lighting, composition, and storytellingAbility to shoot both products and lifestyle contentOrganized, creative, and able to meet deadlinesPortfolio or showreel requiredNice to Have:Experience shooting food & beverage or hospitality brandsMotion graphics or animation skillsBasic understanding of social media strategy
