Job Description

Our client is almost a 100 old pharmaceutical manufacturing company. They are now looking for a Personal Care Product Development Manager to join them. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be the Franchise equity advocate ensuring that the product development meets the category need and delights consumer
  • Develop the products for personal care with management of end-to-end R&D processes for ensuring OTIF (On Time in Full). The person will also be responsible for landing innovations, NPD & EPD.
  • Plan work, delegate, monitor/supervise, direct as needed to the team of formulators.
  • Understand the consumer habits & needs and translate to develop product solutions as needed by the business project briefs.
  • Make a difference through real contribution through innovation, team work and staying ahead of the curve.
Preference:
  • Arabic- and English-speaking
Qualifications:
  • Post graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Technology with specialization in chemistry / cosmetics having a minimum of 10 years of experience with 4-5yrs on bench with design and development of diverse personal care products. Years of experience can be relaxed in case of Ph.D. candidate.
  • Prior experience in handling herbs/extract-based formulations is added advantage
  • Demonstrate ability to lead cross functional teams (CFTs), effective stakeholder management
