Job Description

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (WORK TO BE PERFORMED):

  • Responsible for preparation of budgets, financial planning, bank accounts, receipts payable.
  • Prepares periodic and special written reports, statistic.
  • Maintains accurate financial records as may be required in accordance with the laws of company auditors.
  • Perform other functions and special projects as may be assigned.
  • Responsible for preparation of annual Financial Plan, to include budgeting of all Company funds and financial obligations.
  • Responsible for petty cash and coordinates purchasing matters.
