Currently, we are currently looking for a passionate and energetic Performance Reporting & Exception Specialist to be based in the DSC - Daimler. In this role, the successful candidate will be gathering and reporting data on the customer KPI?s.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reporting for all Customer Service KPI?s
  • Prepare reporting for all Business Management KPI?s
  • Assist the Head of Logistics and Supply Chain and Logistics Manager for day to day operations and reporting functions
Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Well versed in Microsoft Suite ? (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) ? Strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience in working on SAP platforms (ERP & WMS)
  • Experience in working with reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Knowledge of the Automotive Parts Supply Chain. Experience in the Middle East Parts distribution.
  • Open to learn and develop skillset
  • Graduate or higher
  • 2-3 year relevant experience
