Key Responsibilities:Create and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.Optimize campaigns for lead generation, CPL, and conversion rate.Develop landing pages and lead funnels with high conversion potential.Monitor analytics and performance metrics daily; adjust strategies as needed.Collaborate with sales and design teams to align messaging and creatives.Run A/B tests and continuously improve targeting and ad copy.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of real estate marketing experience (lead generation-focused).Strong command of performance platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, etc.).Proven bility to scale campaigns and generate qualified leads.Data-savvy with a clear understanding of funnel metrics.Self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented.
