Job Responsibilities:– Payroll Processing– Accurately calculate salaries, overtime, and deductions– Maintain confidential employee payroll records and documentation– Respond to employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and leave balances– Coordinate with HR for leave, attendance, and disciplinary adjustments– Generate payroll reports for finance and HR departments for disbursement of salaries on time.– Ensure payroll practices align with UAE Labor Law and company policies– Ensure timely disbursement of monthly payroll via Wage Protection System (WPS)– Sync leave records with payroll to ensure accurate deductions or payouts– Collaborate with HR to validate biometric / time sheet attendance dataRequirements:– Bachelor degree, preferably in Accounting / Commerce– 2 years of GCC/UAE Payroll Processing Experience in the construction industry– Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems / ERP– Excellent communication and organizational skills– Knowledge of the UAE Labor Law
