Responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees across sites.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.Maintain payroll records and prepare reports as required.Collaborate with finance for budget and cost control.Keep updated on payroll legislation and best practices.What we’re looking for: Proven experience working in the construction sector (contracting/site experience mandatory).Solid understanding of payroll procedures and statutory compliance.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Reliable, detail-oriented, with a hands-on problem-solving approach.
