Responsibilities:Perform verification of medical insurancesInput, review, and frequent maintenance of admissions dataConduct daily census reportingReview AR and communicate outstanding balances with residents/RP/POA as requiredPrepare and issue collection letters, including follow-up calls as neededMaintain resident funds accounts in accordance with State COMAR regulationsMaintain resident confidence by keeping resident information confidentialQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; as well as college courses in accounting strongly preferredMust have computer experience (Microsoft Office including Word and Excel)Proven experience in medical collections highly preferredEffective communication skills- including written and verbalExcellent organization and time management skillsPrevious experience in a skilled nursing facility environment is a plusYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
