Location: Dubai, UAEAre you a passionate pastry professional with experience in large-scale bakery production Join our growing Bakery Manufacturing Team in Dubai as a Pastry Sous Chef!Start Date: ImmediateIndustry: Central Kitchen / Food ManufacturingKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Assist in planning and supervising daily bakery production• Lead and motivate the team in the absence of the Executive Chef• Maintain consistent quality and presentation of baked goods• Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff• Oversee inventory, ordering, and reduce food waste• Develop and test new recipes for breads, pastries, and cakes• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)• Support scaling production and manage daily job ordersREQUIREMENTS:• 4+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Baker• Proven background in a large-scale bakery or manufacturing setting• Culinary Arts / Bakery & Pastry diploma or degree• Strong leadership and communication skills• Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices• Must be currently based in Dubai• Available to join immediately
