Job Description

  • Keeps up to date with the latest trends in both flavors and aesthetic appeal.
  • Fills customer/ stores special orders and quotes accurate pricing
  • Designs, prepares, and decorates cakes according to customer specifications.
  • Arrange delivery of ready cakes to stores, when necessary.
  • Cleans work area, washes counters and restrooms, and performs other cleaning tasks.
  • Maintains and cleans the freezer.
  • Organizes stock in the freezer.
  • Calculates inventory and orders necessary ingredients and materials.
  • Adheres to health and safety regulations by maintaining product freshness and sanitation.
Requirements:
  • High school / diploma
  • Proven cake decorating experience of at least 3 years.
  • The ability to use various cake decorating instruments and tools.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Artistic and creative.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
