Eathos currently operates in more than 41 branches across the 2 countries with 8 Cloud Kitchens and up to 15 Virtual Brands.As the Pastry Chef de Partie, you are responsible in managing the day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section of the Central Kitchen. You have to prepare for the overall pastry needs of the restaurants and cloud kitchens. You must support the Executive Chef in developing high quality desserts and amazing new pastry recipes.What you will do:

  • Prepare wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, desserts, etc. following the company standard recipes and methods of production
  • Ensure the highest quality of food production in the pastry section of Central Kitchen
  • Monitor the adequacy of supplies in the pastry section and estimate the daily production needs
  • Control food stock and food cost in the pastry section
  • Follow proper handling and right temperature of all food products
  • Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation
  • Comply with the regulations of safety and hygiene standards as per HACCP and Dubai Municipality guidelines
  • Check the condition of the equipment and devices used for cooking
