Key Responsibilities:? Create and prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and breads? Develop new dessert menus and seasonal specialties? Maintain high standards of hygiene, food quality, and presentation? Train and supervise junior pastry staff? Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control in the pastry sectionRequirements:?
