Managing and achieving Parts sales target according to plan & Developing Parts sales volumes in his designated area.?
Receive customer enquiries. Assist the customers in selecting required Parts or Accessories in friendly, professional and efficient manner.?
Ensure that the quotations, sales orders and application of customer discounts or special prices are performed as per the standard operating procedures.
Follow-up on Parts back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered Parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date.
Warehouse Management & Operations.
Ensure customer complaint/s are addressed within the minimal time and customers are given the value for their spending.
This requirement is for our National Parts Division, based in Dubai. Applicant should have a minimum of 5 years? experience in spare parts operations, preferably at an automotive parts sales counter. Knowledge of on-line computer system SAP is preferred.??
