Job Description

Parts Advisor - Toyota & Lexus| Al Futtaim Motors | Abu DhabiAbout the Position:We are currently in need of Parts Advisor to join our Toyota & Lexus team in Abu Dhabi. As part of our Automotive Parts team, you will be responsible to fulfil the needs of the customers who visit the workshop and Parts Sales Centre by understanding their requirements, identifying the parts required from the parts catalogue and performing the sales transactions.Specifically, the key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Advises the customers on replacement of related parts and benefits of using genuine parts. 
  • Follows-up back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered parts and ensures that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date.
  • Inspects all received items on delivery to the warehouse to ensure that they meet quality standards and are in accordance with orders placed.
  • Arranges transportation and packing material for parts to be dispatched to the branches to ensure they reach their destinations without damage.
  • Ensures that warehouse systems and targets are achieved and that parts are stored according to the storage / bin systems that are in place.
  • Participates in annual stock checks and prepares discrepancy reports to enable Warehouse Manager to take corrective action if required
