Job Title: PainterQualification Required:ITI / Vocational (Painter / Surface Finishing) or equivalent hands-on experienceExperience:1–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or industrial painting preferred.Requirements:Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and removing old paint or rust.Select, mix, and match paints and finishes to required specifications.Apply paint, varnish, primer, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.Protect adjacent surfaces with masking tape, drop cloths, or coverings.Ensure even coating and proper drying between layers.Repair, touch up, and maintain painted surfaces as needed.Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in clean and working condition.Follow safety protocols for handling paints, thinners, and chemical substances.Collaborate with other tradesmen and supervisors to meet project timelines.
