Painter/MasonJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities:•Receive and follow day-to-day maintenance calls.•Report the summary of job carried out for individual guest rooms and common areas including all used materials.•Carry out any ceramic tiling, retiling, silicon and grouting work.•Carry out brick laying, hollow block work, cement plaster work, and casting of plain cement concrete.•Modification and installation work for marble tops and granite panels for wash basins and kitchen tops.•Prepare the surface ready for application of paint such as sanding, filling, joint repair, and re-cleaning work.•Carry out all types of painting work such as application of water base, oil base epoxy paints, and top coat paints.•Proper application on gypsum, cemented, wooden blocks, etc.•Provide assistance to the team whenever requested for any issues to complete projects smoothly and safely.•Contribute to guest satisfaction standards by ensuring that technical support services quickly address issues, ensuring first safety and comfort of guests.•Ensure the quality of all completed work by both employees and external contracted staff adheres to the standards of good engineering practice.•Study consumable spare materials rectification and repair instead of replacement within limitations for saving and safety considerations.Desired Skill & Expertise:•Very well versed in all masonry works.•Should be an expert in tiles and marble installation.•Should have knowledge of making new structures and repairs on existing structures.•Expert in hollow block work.•Should have knowledge of wall painting, ceiling painting, epoxy painting, furniture painting, and spray painting.
