We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The Painter will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality work that meets safety and aesthetic standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in surface preparation, color mixing, and finishing techniques.Key Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and removing old paint.Mix paints and other materials to achieve desired colors and textures.Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.Ensure surfaces are properly coated and finished according to specifications.Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment during work.Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.Inspect completed work for quality and consistency.Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet project requirements.Complete work within deadlines and budget constraints.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a Painter or similar role.Knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing, and application techniques.Ability to read and interpret instructions and technical drawings.Good physical stamina and attention to detail.Familiarity with safety procedures and use of protective gear.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in painting or related trades are a plus.
