PainterJob Location : UAE•Perform various painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing, to maintain or enhance the appearance of interior and exterior surfaces.•Select and mix paints, ensuring color matching and consistency according to established standards.•Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes to achieve a smooth and even finish.•Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, considering the specific requirements of each surface.•Protect furniture, fixtures, and other items from paint or damage during the painting process.•Work with a variety of painting materials, including water-based and oil-based paints, varnishes, and specialty coatings.•Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to coordinate and execute painting projects as part of broader facility maintenance.•Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make necessary touch-ups or corrections to ensure a flawless finish.Job Details :•Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment•Previous experience as a painter in a Hotel industry.•Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for imperfections•Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
