Outlet ManagerJob Location : UAEJob Summary :?To ensure a professional and profitable operation within the framework of the Hotel.?Develop and deliver training for department employees to meet business needs, support Departmental Trainers and implement daily departmental training programs.?Achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and efficient cost expenditure.?Accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing and food production.?Be responsible for all accounting and billing procedures in the outlets.?Work with hotel management to develop and execute plans for marketing the outlet, promote and support Anantara Guest Incentive programs.?Ensure efficient scheduling of Management and Team Members, accurate supervision of time control system and execution of Team Member reviews and appraisals.?Train managers and supervisors in effective coaching and counseling and progressive discipline.?Maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.?Manage outlet property and facilities, conduct regular preventative maintenance inspection.?Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.?Support Banqueting department for requested functions.
