We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role offers the chance to work in a thriving manufacturing environment, specializing in aluminium and coating products. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, presenting solutions to potential clients, and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement.Role Overview:This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai Industrial City (DIC), Phase 1, M16. The selected candidate will focus on generating leads, building relationships with new and existing customers, and negotiating contracts to close deals successfully.Key Responsibilities:• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and client prospecting.• Present products and services to potential customers in a professional manner.• Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements.• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.Requirements:• Proven experience in the manufacturing aluminium and coating industry is mandatory.• Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driving license.• Fluency in English is essential.• Strong sales and negotiation skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.• Solid customer relationship management skills.• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
