Responsibilities:Conduct assessments and diagnostic tests for patients with eye movement disorders, strabismus, and other vision-related issues.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve binocular vision and eye coordination.Provide vision therapy, including exercises to strengthen eye muscles and improve visual function.Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Educate patients and families on eye health, treatment options, and preventive care.Maintain accurate patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, and progress.Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthoptic techniques and technologies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Orthoptics or a related field.Proven experience as an Orthoptist in a clinical setting, preferably in a healthcare or specialized eye care environment.Strong knowledge of eye movement disorders, visual rehabilitation, and diagnostic techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
