Orthopedic NursesJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Taking patients comprehensive medical histories, utilizing specialized equipment to assess the severity of fractures or injuries, and determining the most effective course of treatment.•Performing blood tests to diagnose degenerative bone conditions.•Strengthening affected areas through targeted exercises, ultrasound therapy, and strength training programs.•Surgically repairing bones, nerves, ligaments, tendons, and joints to promote optimal healing.•Treating acute and chronic injuries, as well as managing pain effectively.•Prescribing medications to facilitate patient recovery.•Maintaining close monitoring of patients healing progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.•Developing rehabilitation plans following surgeries.•Supervising and delegating tasks to nurses and other medical staff, referring patients to specialists for further treatment or customized recovery plans when needed.•Fostering ongoing professional development by attending medical conferences and courses to stay current with best practices.Requirements:•Degree in Medicine (MD) or equivalent.•Licensure to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.•Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.•Minimum 5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery or a related field.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
