Currently, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Order Processing & System Control in the Contract Logistics Team. The position will ensure that all customs clearance processes for inbound and outbound operations run efficiently and make sure that correct details are provided for Customs Bills creation and thereby enabling the achievement of service standards and customer satisfactionKey Responsibilities

  • Monitor Inbound & Outbound process in terms of quality & time.
  • Generate Invoice & Packing list from system and handover to transport team for customs etc.
  • Ensure timely processing of orders.
  • Process Supplier Orders
  • Process weekly returns of/to Manufacturer.
  • Ensure timely follow-up of part Back Order for Repairs / Wholesale and Stock.
  • Provide delivery dates of Spare parts to the concerned stakeholders/ Dealer in order to enable proper communication to the end customer.
  • Follow up of Shipments.
  • Follow up of Credit Notes.
  • Create Spare parts reference; update Alternate Supplier, Order, System transfer & Reception.
  • Send email to stakeholders, Dealers, Manufacture and Suppliers with regards to parts on day to day basis.
  • Coordinate, Supervise and communicate customer claims
  • Auto replenishment of parts as per the defined process.
  • Issuance of Credit Notes to dealers.
Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Holds 4-5 years? experience in Logistics/ Procurement
  • Good communication in English
  • Good knowledge of computers and MS office.
  • Strong work ethic with good Communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a sound awareness
  • Of various cultures.
  • Be good with figures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate
  • Good level of patience. Multi-Tasking
  • Team player - Work well individually or as a part
  • Of a multi skilled team.
