The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both the functional and technical aspects of Oracle HRMS and must be fluent in Arabic. This is a long-term role with a focus on providing end-to-end solutions for HR and payroll functions using Oracle HRMS.*Key Requirements:** 5+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS as a Techno-Functional Consultant.* Proficiency in Core HR, Payroll, and other HRMS modules.* Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflows.* Expertise in functional setups and configurations of Oracle HRMS modules.* Arabic language proficiency is a must for this role.* Experience in at least two full-cycle Oracle HRMS implementations.* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.* Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR processes is a plus.
