Job Description

We are seeking to recruit Oracle PPM Consultants to join our team in UAE. The successful candidate will have a minimum of four full lifecycle implementation projects covering Project portfolio management modules.As an Oracle PPM Consultant, you will play a key role in the following areas:

  • Delivering ERP projects focused on Oracle PPM.
  • Using our own methodologies to transform client?s businesses.
  • Being available to travel to client sites potentially internationally.
  • Where needed, carry out additional responsibilities such as; presales, demo, solution architecture ,business case development, requirements gathering, workshop delivery, business process design, functional and technical design, systems configuration, test , deployment and training
Role Requirements
  • Ability to perform in a Workstream, organizing, mentoring and providing quality assurance on deliverables
  • Responsible for the creation of quality solution documentation, including, Functional specifications reference to Oracle Consulting Methodologies
  • Responsible for the Configuration / build of Oracle PPM solutions
  • Expert in Oracle PPM and integrated modules / products
  • Participate in design discussions with client and lead design and process discussions
  • Support the evaluation of the solution scenarios
  • Detailing of the technical specifications required to deliver the functional requirements of the solution
  • Ability to assist and provide the technical team any business clarification required for technical developments
  • Ability to manage the stream deliverables
  • Responsible for data migration and cutover topics for the stream
  • Responsible for issue resolution post go-live and transition to support
Essential Skills & Attributes
  • A minimum of four full lifecycle implementation projects covering Project portfolio.
  • Demonstrable experience in several of the following activities on ERP projects; requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, functional configuration, Conference room pilots / prototype demonstrations, testing, Integration, data migration, training, post ?go live? support.
  • Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
  • Strong meeting facilitation/presentation skills
  • Strong client relationship skills
An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. 6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
