We are seeking a skilled Oracle CC&B Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying Oracle CC&B modules, understanding of utility business processes, and the ability to work closely with clients to deliver effective solutions.Key Responsibilities:Implementation & Configuration:Lead end-to-end Oracle CC&B implementation projects.Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Configure Oracle CC&B modules including customer management, billing, invoicing, payments, and collections.Technical Support & Troubleshooting:Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle CC&B applications.Resolve system issues and optimize performance.Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering:Engage with clients to understand their business processes.Conduct workshops and gather detailed functional and technical requirements.Documentation & Reporting:Prepare functional and technical documentation.Develop test cases, scenarios, and perform system testing.Training & Knowledge Transfer:Conduct user training sessions.Support client teams during go-live and post-implementation phases.Collaboration:Work closely with project teams, developers, and other stakeholders.Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
