Role Responsibility:

Day to day coordination/reporting with Maintenance Operations Manager
Maintain and modify Maintenance Applications using the Oracle Application Express (APEX).
Run regular tests on the applications in accordance with established standards.
Add/Delete any required features as per the security team requirements
Develop software for performance, security, and error handling and resolve technical problems
Create Apex pages, Master Detail Forms, Tabular forms, Apex Collections, Interactive reports, Charts etc.
Liaise and coordinate with clients and attend to service calls and ensure rectification of faults
Plan, coordinate and collect materials from logistics.
Scheduling and coordination with the technicians and field staff work activities.
Training of the customers assigned representative in the usage of the installed system.
Routinely meeting with customers to address any issues related to installation of systems.
Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through professionalism and efficiency.
Ensure good relations are maintained with customers and all members of staff at all levels
Adherence to G4S Quality Management System procedures and its performance.
Perform other duties as requested by the Director of Operations.

The Ideal Candidate:

A Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, I.T. or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Oracle, with last 2 years in APEX & ADF
Familiar with some of ( e.g JavaScript, HTML/CSS, RESTful Web Services, JSON, SQL, PL/SQL)
Extensive experience in web application development using Oracle APEX framework and Oracle ADF
Can run a regular test on the applications in accordance with established standards.
Basic understanding of relational database (Oracle preferred)
Experience in Jasper Reports
Excellent in debugging and problem solving skills.
English communication and writing skills
Should be ready to attend call-out during non-working hours, weekends, and holidays.
Preferably with a valid UAE driving license.
