DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:· Learn and use groundbreaking fulfillment technologies across interconnected systems· Apply advanced technical program management techniques combined with operations SME knowledge to deliver flawless RDC launches and UTR tech roadmap implementations· Interact with leading engineers and operations experts across global teams· Partner with cross-functional teams to orchestrate complex launches across pre-launch, execution, and post-launch phases· Leverage launch experience and operations expertise to provide feedback on technical processes and system integrations· Drive cross-functional communication during critical launch phases using deep operational knowledge· Lead projects that improve launch-related processes and stakeholder technical experience· Create SOPs, technical documentation, and process guides for the operations community· Work on critical, highly complex technical challenges that span multiple fulfillment systemsBasic Qualifications- 4+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPreferred Qualifications- Bachelors degree in computer science, technology, designYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
