Job Description

National_Operations Officer_CAFMRole Accountabilities:

  • Handle ISOP platform activities in coordination with the CM team.
  • Follow up on low current security systems troubleshooting.
  • Monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) approved by Facilities Management, by reviewing reports and schedules with service providers.
  • Ensure that the Asset Register is up-to-date regarding additions, deletions, and changes.
  • Assist the maintenance provider in troubleshooting issues by providing diagnosis from BMS for faster response.
