Your Role Will Include:– Overseeing and executing catering operations from kitchen to event site– Attending client meetings alongside the founders and sales team– Advising on menus, pricing, and presentation concepts– Supporting business development with operational insights– Leading coordination between kitchen, service, logistics & admin– Managing procurement, supplier negotiations & cost control– Monitoring inventory and ensuring budget efficiency across events– Supervising event setup, breakdown, and team performance on-site? You Are:– Experienced in UAE’s catering or hospitality sector (5+ years preferred)– Deeply familiar with the local market, suppliers, and costing models– Proactive, with a get-it-done mindset and high accountability– Flexible with working long hours and weekends when needed– A strong communicator who thrives in both team and client-facing roles– Ambitious, solution-oriented, and ready to lead with excellence?
