About the job Operations ManagerOur client is a leading group of companiesthat has acquired a reputation of being a pioneering organization in varioussectors, such as Real Estate, Education, Maritime, & Retail industries. They are looking to hire an Operations Manager to join their Dubaiteam.Qualifications:

  • ?Bachelor?s degree in business management or any related field.
  • 3 years of experience in operations management from bike/bicycle industries.
  • With strong experience in?procuring bikes from different countries, exporting to other countries, local sales, and controlling/overseeingthe shop.
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
  • Excellent verbal & writtencommunication skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial management.
Responsibilities:
  • Will be responsible forprocuring bikes from different countries, exporting to other countries, local sales, and controlling/overseeing the shop.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms?
  • ?Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
