Location: Dubai, UAEImmediate Joiners PreferredAre you an experienced Operations Executive with hands-on expertise in Dubai Customs clearance, Calogi bookings, and DP World Trade processesJoin our dynamic logistics team and play a key role in ensuring smooth end-to-end cargo operations!Key Responsibilities:– Handle Dubai Customs clearance procedures for import/export shipments– Process Calogi bookings and manage air freight documentation– Navigate DP World/DP Trade processes including vessel schedules, e-token, and gate pass generation– Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters– Ensure timely cargo movement with full regulatory compliance– Maintain accurate records and ensure system updates (Calogi, Mirsal II, Dubai Trade)Requirements:– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations in the UAE– Strong knowledge of Dubai Customs, Calogi, and DP World Trade portals– Familiar with Mirsal II, air/sea freight procedures, and local regulations– Good communication and organizational skills– Ability to multitask and work under pressure
