About Consumer Health Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health and your employment would be governed by New Consumer Health?s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes. Role Summary: To assist in handling the efficient, cost-effective operation of outsourced warehousing activities in order to achieve company turnover targets. Duties and Responsibilities: Support day to day operations, resolving issues, ensuring that orders are received at and shipped from the Distribution Centre in a perfect manner (on time, in full, no damages, correct documents). Coordination with LSP warehousing provider to ensure availability of resources to ensure that sufficient space and operational capacity are available to fulfill orders. Maintain weekly inbound tracker for inbound inventory projections. Support inventory by performing inventory transactions and reconciling SAP and LSP stock as well as ensuring physical inventory accuracy at LSP. Ensure that we maintain a high level of quality & trade compliance (HS codes, DG packing requirements etc.) Manage product testing and compliance (registration/testing) with providers (Intertek/SGS/TUV), ensure costs are tracked and budgeted. Investigate customer claims through the CRM tool and implement solutions. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a relevant field, preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, Engineering, or Mathematics. 2+ years? of experience in Supply Chain. Need to be able to understand warehousing and distribution concepts, language and best practices. Experience in logistics and customs clearance procedures is preferred. Prior experience with FMCG sector, the AMET cluster and distributor based models is preferred. Experience working with quantitative & qualitative numbers and creating reports. Expert in Excel, skilled enough in Word and Power Point Experience in SAP is preferred. Process Oriented, Self-starter, results driven & self-motivated. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Acts as Risks/Opportunities Radar. Win-Win Mindset, builds collaborative business relationships internally and externally. Fluency in English, Arabic is preferred.
