Responsibilities: Prepare ENT operating theater with appropriate instruments and equipment.Assist ENT surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures.Ensure infection control and sterile environment.Monitor patient vitals and respond to intraoperative needs.Assist in patient positioning and transfer.Document ENT surgical procedures and patient data accurately.Provide postoperative care guidance specific to ENT surgeries.Maintain and sterilize ENT surgical instruments.Qualifications: Valid nursing license and registration.Experience in ENT surgeries or specialized OT nursing preferred.Knowledge of ENT surgical procedures and sterile techniques.Excellent patient care and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
