Job SummaryOur Client is looking for a dynamic professional candidate for the Position ? Operation Manager ? Soft Services.Salary negotiable ? Range Gross Salary - 15,000 to 18000/-The main purpose of the job is to provide a professional, comprehensive service to the client.Responsibility for the Soft Services Operation Manager includes;? Day to day operation?s responsibility? Leading, coaching, developing, and mentoring the onsite team? Staff training? Evaluating requirements for new operations (Manpower, equipment, tools, materials, etc? Cost optimization? Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation? Regular facilities update meetings? Liaison with client and development of a positive relationship? Excellent experience on Mobilization and demobilization of sites? Business developmentGood experience of working within a customer facing environment is a requirement for this position along with exceptional people management and administration skills.Specific competencies within this general requirement include the following:? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Excellent organisational and influencing skills? Minimum 5 years? experience at Management level in soft service facilities management with Relevant H&S Qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH etc.)? Excellent IT literacy skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint? Must be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude Ability to multitask and prioritise? Must have a smart appearance
