Key Responsibilities:• Manage the hospital’s daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.• Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to optimize patient care and resource use.• Monitor and improve internal processes to enhance productivity and service quality.• Oversee facility management, supply chain, and equipment maintenance.• Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and compliance documentation.• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and accreditation standards.• Identify areas for improvement and implement operational best practices.• Supervise and develop administrative and support staff.• Handle patient feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare management.• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and hospital workflows.• Proficiency in hospital management systems and Microsoft Office tools.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
