Job Title:Operation ManagerJob Code: 111/001/458Location:DubaiSalary:AED 30,000 ? 35,000Industry:Information Technology SolutionsJob Purpose:As a department leader for a minimum of 10 years of experience in Family Entertaining Centers, you must show a broad appreciation of all aspects of publishing operations in mobile gaming, be highly analytical, process-driven, priority focused and capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines in coordination with different department lead across multiple stakeholders in a global framework. Manage a team direct report and be responsible for the output of the departments? resources and external resources.You will make decisions on in-game content, events, promotions, and sales to ensure key KPI?s are achieved and exceeded using data, experience and industry knowledge. You will work closely with the production team to ensure our players are having quality, world class gaming experiences.Job Responsibilities:? Provide detailed insights regarding game and business model design in order to directly influence the development of our games.? Suggest features based on business goals and player impact. Generate expected outcomes by analysing data from existing games, creating forecast models and performing funnel analysis.? Identify player needs and spot opportunities to build features that improve engagement and retention, grow the user base and engage our players.? Manage an experienced Live Operations team of Data Analysts, Brand Marketing and Customer Support Advise higher management team on long term decision making and roadmap planning.? Provide valuable input into business cases based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics.? Produce project performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.? Manage relationships with partners/vendors.? Ensure all program initiatives align with the company?s core values and culture.? Be a hub between Customer Support, Community Management and the Production teams, but also external stakeholders.Job Requirements:? 10 years of experience in Family Entertainment Business in Middle East.? Age: 30-40 years.? Nationality: Preferable European or Arabic.? Language: Arabic & English, additional language is an advantage.? Strong communication and project management skills.? Able to collaborate with and inspire cross discipline teams to achieve goals.? Committed to participate to the creation and operation of games of the highest quality.? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to meet specific deadlines required.? Strong analytic, negotiation, and persuasion skills.?
