This role involves coordinating import/export operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shipping documentation and logistics management and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:• Manage all aspects of customs and municipality clearance for shipments• Coordinate daily shipping and logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow• Handle import/export documentation and ensure timely processing of shipments• Communicate effectively with shipping lines, transporters, and clients• Track shipments and provide accurate updates to customers• Prepare MIS reports and maintain operational records• Ensure adherence to company policies and international shipping regulations• Support warehouse and logistics teams to optimize operational efficiencyRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)• Experience in shipping and logistics operations, including import/export, freight handling, and documentation• Strong communication and coordination skills• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software, if applicable• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
