This role sits within the People Operations & Systems team that are spread across all of Careem?s markets. Our teams core functions are split between People Operations, Colleague Advisory, People Data & Quality, Policy & Process, and People Systems.You will be responsible for developing, driving and managing the onboarding and offboarding journey of our new joiners and colleagues alike. Elevating and functionalizing further core areas such as programme structure and implementations, our colleague experience journey and the processes that guide this. The role requires a proactive, well organized, driven and output focused person to continue towards our growth model.The role reports to the Director of People Operations & Systems, and will have 1 dispersed direct report.What you?ll do:
