Job Description

Role : Onboarding AnalystLocation : Abu Dhabi Role Purpose:Incumbent is onboarding specialist who handles the daily tasks within the onboarding & accounts maintenance team. Also gives assistance from time to time with other assignments and tasks. This officer?s primary mission is to help ADIB Securities efficiently manage the account opening/maintenance flow within the agreed TAT. Incumbent is also responsible maintaining updated register and report daily performance to unit head.Key Accountabilities of the role

  1. Approve clients requests for UAE as well as other markets.
  2. Ensure timely turnaround time in approving new application forms.
  3. Liaise with operations to ensure applicable fees and charges are collected prior to processing applications.
  4. Communicate with compliance for any additional parameters required related to EDD requirements.
  5. Collaborate with CS teams in different locations on issues detected in the applications.
  6. Maintain updated register of applications received VS completed & pending for reporting purposes.
  7. Offer initiatives on enhancing existing processes to improve efficiency and digitization.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
  • University graduate.
  • General knowledge of the UAE Capital Markets, other international stock markets.
  • Strong time-management and excellent communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills, poise, and product knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in Arabic Language and English
Previous experience:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Experience in competitive environment.
