What you?ll deliver? You?ll manage returned cheque claims, rental disputes, and DA litigations, ensuring effective resolution, negotiating, and drafting settlement agreements, and advising on contractual breaches and potential disputes.? You?ll review legislation, register intellectual property, advise on regulatory compliance, conduct legal reviews of corporate documents, and provide legal advice on employment disputes.? You?ll organize legal awareness workshops on legislative updates and business processes, producing legal updates for various meetings and presentations.? You?ll participate in committees and conduct investigations, playing a key role in addressing regulatory challenges and legal inquiries.? You?ll produce legal updates for various meetings and presentations, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of regulatory developments and legal strategies.What you bring? You should be educated to a bachelor?s degree level specialized Business Administration, management, law or any related with experience in paralegal and legal support with an overall experience of 6 months to 3 years.? You should be able to conduct legal research and translate regulatory and dispute-related documents, facilitating effective legal support.?
