Key Responsibilities:Source and purchase goods, materials, and services as per organizational requirements.Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely availability of materials.Prepare purchase orders, reports, and procurement documentation accurately.Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and quality standards.Support vendor audits, performance evaluations, and supplier development initiatives.Maintain records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance for reporting purposes.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.Excellent analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or procurement software is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
