This role is commission-only and rewards high performers with an aggressive earnings structure.What we offer:High-Earning Commission Structure: Generous split plans — 50/50 on company-provided leads and 70/30 on personal leads. There is no fixed basic salary; income is performance-driven.High-Quality Daily Leads: Receive 1–3 pre-qualified leads per day with strong conversion potential and the chance to join international roadshows.Full Marketing & Branding Support: Professional videography and photography for social media plus portal listings on Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle to boost your reach.Convenience & Tools Provided: Company driver for client meetings, and company-supplied laptop, phone and SIM card.Training & Development: Comprehensive internal training, RERA accreditation support, and developer-led product training — suitable for freshers with a sales background.Visa Support: Employment visa will be provided after closing your first deal.Who we’re looking for:Off-plan real estate agents (freshers with sales experience are welcome).UAE experience not mandatory.Strong communication, persuasion and closing skills.Confident, presentable, highly motivated and target driven.Working Hours & Start Date: Monday to Friday with flexible timing; weekends off (Saturday & Sunday). Immediate joiners are preferred but candidates serving notice periods will be considered.
