JOB DESCRIPTIONROLE PURPOSE: conduct site visit for High risk cases or upon GCD request Key Accountabilities of the role

Conduct the Physical visit to client site/offices.
Ability to conduct site visit to the physical site/field of the client stores/showroom (if available).
Mention clear number of staff who are working in the office
Verify the landlines, office furniture, signboard and utilities including the office
Taking photos of the office/stores and equipment inside & outside the company.
Validate the MAKANI sign by following the map.
Filling the site visit reports on daily basis and review the same.
Validate the documents and ensure the validation (if required)
Prepare the daily report of the activity/call.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

Good knowledge of PC and telephone techniques.
Basic problem solving ability.
Enthusiastic self-starter and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent in time management, planning, organizing, accomplishing tasks against deadlines and milestones
