We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Staff to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist in medical procedures, and support the overall health and well-being of patients.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor patient vital signs and respond to their needs promptly.Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures.Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the healthcare environment.Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.Participate in ongoing training and professional development.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing.Valid nursing license/registration (e.g., RN license).BLS certification; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS) preferred.Prior clinical experience is desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations.
