If you’re passionate about monitoring, troubleshooting, and keeping IT environments running smoothly — we want to hear from you!What You’ll Be Doing:– 24/7 monitoring and Level 1 troubleshooting of IT infrastructure– Responding to incidents, performing isolation and resolution based on SOPs– Providing remote/on-site support for virtual and physical failures– Maintaining and fine-tuning monitoring and reporting platforms– Escalating issues to relevant teams and documenting resolutions– Preparing performance reports and identifying system trends– Coordinating planned/unplanned changes and verifying service restorationWhat You’ll Bring:– 2+ years of experience in medium to large IT environments– Hands-on experience with Riverbed monitoring tools– Strong grasp of SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow, WMI– Proficiency in Windows/Linux, VMware, Wintel, Azure & cloud environments– Understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP, Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Meraki– Certifications: ITIL, CCNA, VCP, MCP (or equivalent)
