This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth overnight hotel operations, guest satisfaction, financial accuracy, and property security. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently while maintaining excellent service standards throughout the night.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage front office activities during night operationsHandle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionallyAddress and resolve guest inquiries or concerns during overnight hoursPerform night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reportingMaintain hotel safety, security protocols, and operational standardsRequirements:Prior experience working as a Night Auditor and Guest Service AgentHands-on knowledge of PMS systems, including Opera and MicrosStrong communication skills with basic accounting understandingWillingness and flexibility to work night shiftsUAE or GCC hospitality experience will be an added advantage
