Location: AbuDhabi, UAECurrently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Finance team and ensure the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours.Job Summary:As a Night Auditor with a focus on F&B, you’ll be responsible for balancing daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring all F&B revenue is accurately posted. This is a hands-on role that also includes supporting late-night operations, including room service or bar operations, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.Key Responsibilities:– Accurately audit and reconcile all F&B revenue, including restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service outlets.– Post daily F&B sales into the property management system and verify proper charges and payment methods.– Monitor and ensure all late-night service operations meet brand standards.– Support closing procedures for bars or kitchens and secure inventory.– Prepare and distribute daily audit reports to management.– Address and resolve any late-night guest issues or requests related to F&B.Qualifications:– High school diploma or equivalent required.– Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.– Strong computer skills; experience with hotel management software– Excellent communication and customer service skills.– Ability to work independently and stay alert throughout overnight shifts.– Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle emergency situations calmly.
